From Bayshore Freeway 101
Take the Embarcadero Rd. WEST exit, cross El Camino Real. Turn right onto Campus Drive, turn right at Welch Road, then right onto Pasteur Drive, turn left at the stop sign onto Blake Wilbur Drive. Use the parking structure on the right, there is an hourly fee. The Medical Center is directly East. The Neurology Clinic is in the Boswell Building. Use the main entrance behind the fountain area. Take the elevator located in the lobby to the third floor. The Neurology clinic is located to your right after you exit the elevator. (see map below).
From Interstate Highway 280
Take the Sand Hill Road exit East and continue to Pasteur Drive, then turn right. Go one block to Blake Wilbur Drive, turn left. Use the parking structure on the right, there is an hourly fee. The Medical Center is directly East. The Neurology Clinic is in the Boswell Building. Use the main entrance behind the fountain area. Take the elevator located in the lobby to the third floor. The Neurology clinic is located to your right after you exit the elevator.
